We may, at our discretion, refuse, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine is inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with our mission and values.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including sermons, written articles, images, videos, logos, branding, and design — is owned by New Wine Church or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may download, view, and share sermons and articles for personal, non-commercial, edification purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially distribute any content without our prior written permission.
The "New Wine Church" name, logo, and grape mark are trademarks of New Wine Church.
6. Donations & Giving
Donations made through our Services are processed by our third-party giving partner, Zeffy. By giving, you agree to Zeffy's terms and confirm that:
- The donation is voluntary and not made in exchange for goods or services.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days.
New Wine Church is a religious nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide an annual giving statement upon request. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
7. Events & Registration
When you register for a service, conference, retreat, or other event:
- Registration is subject to availability and may close once capacity is reached.
- Refund and cancellation policies vary by event and will be communicated at registration.
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and ministry purposes unless you notify us in writing in advance.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with the safety and edification of attendees.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any other user, member, staff, or volunteer.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Services in a manner that imposes an undue load.
- Use our Services in a way that violates anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Engage in any activity that contradicts the biblical values and mission of New Wine Church.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Wine Church, its officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless New Wine Church and its officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lynchburg, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
